Plastic pollution has found to be a major global problem. With our injection machine and manual shredder we are able to recycle plastic bottle caps and leaving other continuing pollute our beautiful Earth. Not only plastic caps, but also there are found other plastic materials such as pots, pipes, chairs, tables, dishes to mention by few. These are not able to be shredded in our manual shredder. Many plastic materials are left without being recycled. Space of our workshop is also not enough for the required expected production.
Construction of new recycling workshop using discarded plastic bottles is a simple and low cost that will also help reduce plastic waste and activating or motivating others on the use of plastic bottles as building materials and thus protect our Earth. This extension will provide enough space for the layout of the workshop and easy material flow. Additional use of motor-powered granulator with capacity of 15-30kg/h will fasten the crushing process and thus increasing our daily production. A screw extruder with capacity of 7-10.5kg/h will also allow us to have increased varieties of products that will be used as building materials.
